Our Relief Society theme for the year is Mosiah 18:21 “That they should look forward with one eye, having one faith and one baptism, having their hearts knit together in unity and in love one towards another.”
In the first quarter of the year, we focused on learning each other's names. In the second quarter, we would like each sister to make a new friend.
Reach out to someone whom you haven't really talked to before. Get to know them, and get to know more than just a name! Learn things like, where did they grow up? Do they have children? What talents do they have? Have they worked? What goals to they have? Or even simple things like their favorite food or favorite color. If you can, try to do something together outside of church.
This new friend can be someone you visit teach, or just someone whom you feel inspired to meet.
Remember, as you come to know your sisters better, you will love them more.
